Gerard has been the manager of Holywell Consultancy since it was established in 2004. Before that Gerard was co-ordinator of the North-West Community Network, the largest representative community organisation in the North-West.
Gerard has considerable experience of facilitating and leading up consultations, evaluations, strategic planning exercises and training. Gerard is also actively involved with several community organisations and sits on the management committees of:
•An Teach Ban, Cross-border Peace building Centre
•Derry Healthy Cities
•The Junction

Carol has worked in the field of administration since 1978. She has extensive experience of working with the Western Education and Library Board school administration system in her role as Senior Clerical Officer in Templemore Secondary School. Carol has also been with the organisation since its formation in 2004.
Carol is active in the local community in a voluntary capacity and holds the position of Secretary/Treasurer of Belmont Cadet Division of St. John Ambulance Brigade.

Katie joined Holywell Consultancy in November of 2008. She is serving a one year placement as an intern through the American Organisation Brethren Volunteer Service (BVS). Originally from Indiana, she studied at Anderson University with a focus on political sciences and Spanish. She has previously volunteered in New Mexico and Serbia.
